Class Timetable (all classes free to members)
Thai bo+ [40 mins]:
A cross training circuit class combining various conditioning exercises for strength and speed along with aerobic exercise using choreographed thai-boxing moves. Non Contact.
Spinning [45 mins]:
An indoor cycling class that gives you a vigorous workout and burns plenty of calories. Participants are guided through a series of workouts on a stationary bike by controlling their own resistance to simulate hills, flat sprints and intervals.
Ultimate Fight Club [90 mins]:
30-40mins of circuit training combined with pad work (boxing and kicking) for all levels, followed by optional submission grappling training for the more enthusiastic.
Circuits [60 mins]:
Combining cardio exercise and resistance training for all levels - the ideal way to work your way around the gym floor and maximise fitness levels.
